Please be advised that refunds are not applicable once an Abaya has been altered or tailored. Alterations are typically completed within one (1) working day from the date of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders.
In cases where a refund request is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Balqees Store.
